This is the Mastermyne Way — it’s how we work and what we’re known for. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Newcastle team on a 14-month maternity leave contract. Reporting to the Administration Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative support to our mining operations across Queensland and New South Wales, as well as to our Corporate support functions. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. Your key responsibilities will include: Coordinating internal mobility across various mine sites Maintaining Health Assessment and Functional compliance for employees Managing accommodation bookings Scheduling training and managing compliance requirements Roster management Data entry and reporting Processing timesheets, purchase orders, invoicing and receipting Providing general administrative support projects and support functions About You: You’re a highly organised and proactive administrator who performs well in fast-paced environments. You may have experience in mine site administration or bring a strong background combining finance administration and workforce mobilisation. To be successful, you will ideally have: Strong coordination and organisational skills High attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously Exposure to finance administration functions Experience using client contractor management portals (e.g. Pegasus, Avetta, Damstra, Ariba, SAP) Knowledge of onboarding requirements for QLD & NSW coal mine sites Understanding of QLD & NSW mining health assessments Experience with ERP systems such as Pronto or INX (desirable) Why Join Mastermyne?
