Overview
We are looking for a motivated, organised and customer‑focused Council Tax Case Management Officer to join our Revenues team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, working accurately with complex information and delivering a high‑quality service to residents.
You will play a key role in the administration, billing and case management of Council Tax accounts, ensuring decisions are made fairly, promptly and in line with legislation, policy and local procedures.
