I’m really pleased to be working on a brand new opportunity with a well-regarded Cheshire firm looking to welcome a Newly Qualified Solicitor into their Civil & Commercial Litigation team in their Nantwich office.
This is a close-knit team of four, supported by dedicated secretarial support — meaning you’ll have the right balance of supervision, collaboration and administrative backing from day one.
If you’re recently qualified and want genuine hands-on experience — not to be sat in the background — this could be a brilliant next step.
The Role
You’ll gain exposure to a varied and engaging caseload including:
• Contractual disputes
• Property litigation
• Debt recovery and enforcement
• Contentious probate
• General commercial disputes
You’ll have the opportunity to run your own files (with appropriate supervision), attend court, build client relationships and develop real confidence early in your career.
What They’re Looking For
• NQ Solicitor (or due to qualify shortly)
• A genuine interest in dispute resolution
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
• Someone personable, proactive and keen to get involved
