Key Responsibilities of a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging, high-quality lessons across a range of subjects.
* Provide targeted support to individual students and small groups, helping them grasp key concepts.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
* Support classroom management and ensure a safe, respectful learning space.
* Take part in planning sessions and staff meetings to contribute to whole-school development.
* Gain invaluable experience for a future PGCE or teacher training application.
Requirements for the Graduate Teaching Assistant role:
* Graduates with a desire to explore a career in education
* Experience of working as a Teaching Assistant is preferred
* Core subject degrees such as Maths, English, Science, History, Geography, or PE (for aspiring teachers)
