We’re looking for hardworking, driven, and passionate candidates to join our team as we continue our growth in 2025, helping our owners to maintain their high quality properties, and to ensure our guests receive the very best customer service whilst staying with us.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing holiday management companies in the UK.

As a self-employed Property Consultant, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our property portfolio by sourcing and securing new property listings. This role is focused on lead generation, relationship building, and converting prospects into long-term partners.

You will act as the face of the business in your local area, using your knowledge of the market, initiative, and sales expertise to uncover new opportunities. A highly self-motivated approach, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in sales are essential. You will be expected to represent our brand with professionalism at all times and play a key role in expanding our presence and reputation.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be an ambitious and energetic individual who will help the business to expand its clientele and be the ambassador for Host & Stay and its brands.

Day to Day? …….. You will be responsible for:

Owner and Property Recruitment:

* Develop and implement a business development strategy focused on financial growth and customer satisfaction.
* Promote the benefits of our dynamic pricing model and provide accurate, data-driven pricing guidance to property owners.
* Maximise commercial opportunities by increasing 'opt-ins' with new and existing property owners, improving property margins and overall commercial success.
* Confidently sell the brand and business, negotiating optimal commercial terms in line with company guidelines.
* Provide honest and professional feedback and after-sales support to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with property owners, ensuring every interaction delivers a market-leading experience that drives loyalty and retention.
* Network locally with third-party suppliers (e.g., cleaners, financial advisors) to build a strong regional presence and drive referrals.
* Collaborate with property owners to identify opportunities for product enhancement and portfolio growth through tailored recommendations.
* Identify and monitor new property developments in your area, engaging early with developers and communicating relevant opportunities back to the business.
* Maintain regular communication with your Line Manager, ensuring all promotional materials are used effectively and sales activity is reported accurately.
* Proactively generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and direct outreach efforts.
* Approach and engage prospective property owners to introduce our services and value proposition.
* Manage a strong sales pipeline, maintaining consistent lead generation and follow-up activity to convert prospects into signed partners.

To be considered for this role, you MUST have the following skills:

* Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
* Passionate about sales and customer service.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* An efficient communicator with a professional and customer-oriented approach.
* Resilience and determination to ensure successful outbound performance
1. Ability to build rapport and build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
* Excels at multi-tasking, is organised, and has good time management.
* Good commercial and business awareness.
* Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and to make recommendations.
* Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.
* Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
* Knowledge of local and/or sector-specific markets.

Fees & Expenses:

Host & Stay (Client) will pay you a fee, you will submit invoices to Host & Stay (Client) monthly, setting out the fees due and any VAT payable (if applicable). Host & Stay (Client) will pay such invoices within 30 days.

You shall bear your own expenses unless otherwise agreed with Host & Stay (Client).
