Graduate Quality Control Engineer (2 Year Fixed Term Contract

We are now looking to recruit a Graduate Quality Control Engineer to join our Quality Operations Team.
This opportunity is ideal for a recent university graduate who is ready to start a professional journey in a highly technical and internationally focused engineering environment. You will work closely with experienced QC engineers and technical specialists, gradually taking responsibility for activities that directly influence product reliability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
What you will do
You will support the delivery and improvement of our Quality Control processes. This will include hands‑on product verification activities, internal and supplier audits, and the preparation of QC performance reporting. You will assist in conducting root‑cause investigations relating to product or process non‑conformance and play an active role in developing corrective and preventive action plans. Over time, you will contribute to internal process improvement initiatives and QC communication activities, including Quality Alerts and value stream mapping.
This is a role with practical engagement as well as analytical depth. You will learn how to assess complex engineered components, verify new product introduction requirements, and collaborate with suppliers who manufacture high‑criticality components. As your experience increases, so will your influence across the supply chain and our internal technical teams.
What we are looking for
You will hold a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a relevant scientific discipline. A working understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems is beneficial, along with competency in MS Office and structured problem‑solving. You must be an effective communicator, capable of building productive relationships at all levels, and willing to travel internationally if required.
