Hoveton and Wroxham Medical Centre is seeking a motivated Facilities and Equipment Support Manager to join our busy practice and play a full role as part of the multidisciplinary team. The successful applicant will work 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, ideally from 8am to 2pm, with flexibility around start and finish times as needed.
The role involves working on-site primarily at the Hoveton site, with less frequent presence at the Magna site in Rackheath. Responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring smooth daily setup of access to clinical systems such as SystemOne/ICE and other practice systems.
2. Overseeing facility contractors to ensure compliance with health and safety and CQC requirements.
3. Maintaining systems for clear oversight of activities.
Key skills and qualities required:
* Good communication skills

* Experience in facilities management (preferable)
* Experience with SystmOne (essential)
* Flexible approach and positive attitude
* Responsive and proactive
* Willingness to travel between sites
The job may be physically demanding and requires attendance at the practice building if the intruder alarm is triggered.
