They’ve tripled revenue over the past two years, now achieving over £2m ARR in a profitable way and partnering with leading names such as Marks & Spencer, Amey, The AA and Waterstones. With a lean and high-performing commercial function, they’ve built a proven outbound model and now have two SDRs driving consistent success.
Due to continued growth, they’re now expanding the team further and hiring two additional Sales Development Representatives to capitalise on strong market demand and scale the business to the next level.

* Targeting organisations 50 - 1,000 employees, typically engaging Heads of Legal, General Counsel and CFOs.
* A narrowed and clearly defined ICP, enabling highly targeted outreach.
* Proven sales enablement workflow using Beauhurst → Clay → HubSpot to maximise SDR output.
* Competitive commission structure offering £250 per Sales Qualified Opportunity.
* Profitable, efficiently run business that hasn’t needed to raise funding in the last five years.

* £45k base + £24k OTE.
The Role:
* Make 60–100 daily cold calls to legal departments in 50–1000 headcount companies.
* Qualify prospects through targeted questioning to assess use cases, challenges, and fit.
* Maintain strong data hygiene to keep BD systems accurate and effective.
* Hit monthly targets of 8 qualified meetings.
* Ensure smooth handovers by keeping CRM records, notes, and scheduling precise.
* Share ideas to improve outbound messaging, sales processes, and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements:
* Around 12 months of experience in a sales or business development role.
* Comfortable with cold calling. This role involves making 60-100 cold calls per day.
* A curious mindset with the ability to understand and articulate value in a concise manner.
* Highly organised with the discipline to manage outreach cadences, track progress in a CRM, and follow up consistently.
* Self-starter attitude with a desire to learn, improve, and take ownership of your performance and results.
* Excited by coming to an office at least 3 days per week.
* Methodical in your approach where you are analytical about your own performance and results.
* Resilient, proactive, and able to thrive in an ambitious and super efficient environment where consistency is key.
Benefits:
