Trainee Claims Handler
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday (9am-5pm)
Hourly Rate: £13.69 (SCP 7)
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Trainee Claims Handler to join our Insurance & Claims team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical experience in claims processing and customer service within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:
* Registration of new Public Liability claims
* Handling and responding to customer queries, ensuring a professional and customer‑focused approach
* Internal administration and processing of claims
What We're Looking For
Essential Criteria
* 1-5 years' experience in an administrative, customer‑facing, or similar role
* Intermediate IT proficiency
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Effective communication skills and professionalism
* Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately

* Basic Access NI Check
* No additional qualifications or registrations required
