Job Description
About the role
Ballycara is looking for a passionate and qualified Physiotherapist, who is able to work between Moreton Bay and Brisbane North Regions. This is a full-time role and is available to commence immediately.
In this Clinical role, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
* Delivery of High level, Community based physiotherapy services within the Moreton Bay and Brisbane North Region.
* The ability to provide a Holistic approach to the delivery of high-level Physiotherapy services.
* Applying increasingly independent clinical judgement to a complex caseload under the professional guidance of a more senior clinician and modify standard clinical practices to manage social and environmental constraints.
* Working cooperatively and effectively within the multidisciplinary team, including external service providers when necessary.
* Managing a workload utilising effective time management and prioritisation skills for clinical and non-clinical responsibilities and to meet determined targets for productivity, quality, safety, stewardship and client satisfaction.
* Commitment to client safety and quality in the delivery of healthcare by actively participating in safety and quality improvement practices.
* Engaging in professional development activities as per professional registration standards
Desired Skills and Experience
About you
To be successful in the role you will have:
* Bachelor qualifications and experience in a similar role
* AHPRA registration
* Provider number / registration
Position Requirements
* National Police Check clearance
* Current first-aid certificate and CPR
* COVID-19 and Influenza vaccination status as per government guidelines
* Drivers License
