Your Role:

* Manage end-to-end recruitment: prospecting, candidate sourcing, client engagement, and placements
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
* Identify and convert business opportunities into successful placements
* Track and manage your pipeline, consistently meeting and exceeding targets
