We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers will be essential in driving sales and promoting our products.
Duties
* Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills by actively listening to customer inquiries and providing appropriate solutions
* Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales
* Maintain an organised and visually appealing merchandise display, ensuring that products are well-stocked and presented attractively
* Handle transactions accurately using basic math skills for cash handling and till operations
* Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed within the designated shift
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment
Loss Prevention
* · Adhere to store security policies to prevent theft and minimise loss
* · Report any suspicious behaviour or incidents to management
Teamwork & Reliability
* Arrive on time and be ready to work each shift

* Previous retail experience is a plus, but not essential—we provide training
Experience
* Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential; we value a willingness to learn
* Multilingual or bilingual abilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are highly desirable
* Strong organisational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation
* Familiarity with merchandising principles is an advantage
* A proactive attitude towards customer service, with the ability to work well under pressure
