Salary: Starting at £49,400, with potential for more based on your experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Manage and oversee the Governance of training in accordance with UK & KSA regulations for the Royal Saudi Air Force.
* Facilitate the export of training and On-the-Job Training materials, including those classified as ‘UK SECRET’ (ITAR compliant).
* Conduct reviews of training delivery in line with MASED 095 standards.
* Lead the creation of training deliverables for On-the-Job Training (OJT) specific to Mission Data and Electronic Warfare roles.
* Manage training and OJT prerequisites, ensuring schedules are maintained effectively.
* Collaborate with internal and external suppliers to manage the Master Training Plan.
Your Skills and Experiences:
Essential:
* A degree in an engineering subject or equivalent experience in a relevant engineering field.
* Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently in a delivery-focused environment.
* Strong communication skills at all organizational levels, including with suppliers and customers.
Desirable:
* Experience in Typhoon Training, OJT, or Saudi projects.
* Supplier engagement and/or management experience.
* Background in engineering projects and the engineering lifecycle.
* Experience in training development, deployment, or delivery.
* Familiarity with tasks related to EWOS, specifically Typhoon Mission Data production.

About the Localising Typhoon Electronic Warfare Programme (LTEWP) Team:
In this role, you’ll collaborate with various teams across BAE Systems, both in the UK and KSA, as well as with external suppliers and customers. Your focus will be on identifying tasks that determine competence within the roles' scope, ensuring we deliver high-quality training solutions that enable indigenous capability.
