Job Description
The IT Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s information technology strategy and infrastructure. This position is crucial for ensuring that all IT systems and services align with the organisation's goals and support business operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the management, integrity, and security of company data and systems.
* Managing the IT team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
* Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues to enhance operational efficiency.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify technology needs and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
* Coordinating with external vendors for procurement of IT equipment and services.
* Planning and managing budgets related to IT projects and resources.
* Conducting regular audits of IT systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Required skills
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline
* Proficient in IT infrastructure management and information security.
* Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical staff.

Required experience
