Vehicle Technician
Location: Bicester
Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 basic, £43,000 OTE (Uncapped)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with zero weekend work!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Vehicle Technician to join our client’s workshop based near Bicester. They are an independent garage with a long history going back 50 years with an excellent reputation.
Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair vehicle problems, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical issues.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
* Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues.
* Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
* Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Keep up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
Qualifications
* Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Strong understanding of automotive systems and diagnostic tools.
* Passion for cars and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
