My client is a leading specialist in visual branding solutions; the company provides high-quality signage and graphic services to a wide range of sectors. From vehicle graphics and shop fronts to large-scale exhibition displays and bespoke interior branding, they combine creative design with expert production and installation.
They are looking for a Project Coordinator with an administrative focus to support day-to-day operations and project coordination. This role requires a strong background in administrative management, scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth internal workflows, accurate record-keeping, and timely delivery of key milestones across multiple projects.
Responsibilities / Requirements:
* Experience in signage, graphics, or van conversion is advantageous.
* Quoting new jobs and ensuring they are added correctly into the system using the clients' quoting software (training provided).
* Job scheduling and general administrative tasks, managing projects from quotation to going live.
* Maintain project documentation, including timelines, status reports, budgets, and team communications.
* Liaise with internal departments for efficient information sharing.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize across deadlines.
* Proactive, collaborative, and willing to assist where needed.
