What You’ll Do:
* Create, manage, and scale advertising campaigns in Google Ads for Android apps, with plans to expand to iOS apps in the future.
* Regularly generate and implement hypotheses to achieve the target ROAS.
* Optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROAS.
* Systematically test new apps.
* Closely collaborate with the Team Lead and ASO team.
* Report regularly.
* Competitor research.
Requirements:
* 1+ year of experience in performance marketing/user acquisition management.
* Experience with traffic for Android and iOS apps via Google Ads.
* Required experience with Google Ads (PPC, UAC).
* Experience working with Google Firebase.
* Understanding of marketing metrics and the ability to operate with: CPM, CTR, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROMI, ROI, LTV, CAC.
* Creativity and the ability to generate high-quality hypotheses for ad campaigns.
* Desired English level: at least B1 (Intermediate).
