Our unprecedented growth means we now have a fantastic opportunity for skilled, field-based Roadside Mechanics to join our Roadside Patrol team.
Responsibilities
* Provide roadside assistance, dealing with a diverse range of breakdowns and technical issues.
* Demonstrate core mechanical, electrical and diagnostic experience in the field.
* Deliver high-quality customer service with a customer-focused approach.
* Utilise latest vehicle technology and support from our technical team to resolve issues on-site.
* Travel to customer locations as part of a patrol-based role and manage time effectively.
Qualifications
* A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
* Demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
* A customer focused approach
* A full UK driving licence
