The Role
This is more than diary management, you’ll be a trusted partner to senior executives, playing a crucial role in ensuring their time, priorities, and objectives are delivered efficiently.
We’re looking for someone with:
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and able to build strong relationships at all levels
* Confidence to use initiative and make decisions
* Absolute discretion and professionalism
Key Responsibilities
* Complex diary and time management, resolving conflicts and prioritising effectively
* Managing travel logistics (UK & occasional international)
* Coordinating senior-level meetings, off-sites & events
* Liaising with stakeholders across industry, government & regulatory bodies
* Supporting onboarding, appraisals & team coordination
* Handling expenses, invoices, and administrative approvals
About You
* Proven experience supporting senior executives
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise under pressure
* Advanced communication skills with attention to detail
* Ability to build trusting relationships across teams and stakeholders
* High level of IT literacy and professionalism
