Were working with a growing, well:established business South Derbyshire currently looking to appoint an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead and develop their customer support function.

The Opportunity
Youll take ownership of a busy customer service operation, leading from the front to ensure high standards, strong team engagement, and continuous improvement across the function.

Key Responsibilities:
:Lead, motivate, and develop a customer service team to achieve KPIs
:Oversee day:to:day operations, ensuring all enquiries are handled efficiently
:Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
:Manage escalated customer issues with professionalism and care
:Work cross:functionally to improve the overall customer experience
:Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development
:Provide performance insights and reporting to senior leadership
About You
:Proven experience in a customer service leadership role
:Strong people management and coaching skills
:Confident communicator with a proactive, hands:on approach
:Comfortable working with KPIs, data, and performance metrics
:Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
:Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
