The role
Job Description We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sortation Manager, to help strengthen our hub operations team. In this role you will be managing a team of warehouse operatives throughout the night making sure that they are engaged, organised and motivated, while they either unload or load trailers that arrive at site or are waiting to depart to our network of Depots. You will oversee the accurate sortation of the parcels to ensure this is achieved in line with Key Performance Indicators. Other key accountabilities will be; Achieving the Hub objectives relating to Health & Safety, productivity, and cost to deliver outstanding service to our Depots and customers Manage all operational procedures ensuring the immediate resolution of any problems, whilst maintaining a high quality in all of our processes.
