Job summary
This is a senior care assistant role at Cheriton care home, which is operated by Agincare Homes Holdings. Main duties of the job

* Social Activity -You will lead in and participate in trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.
* Leadership- you may support new starters or existing staff with shadowing and development, and may be called up on to lead the home where more senior managers are not available.
