Duties & Responsibilities related to the Bar Manager role Lead the day-to-day operations of Leaf & Cane, ensuring it remains a vibrant, premium destination and delivers an exceptional guest experience. Drive service excellence by maintaining high standards in beverage quality, presentation, and overall atmosphere. Manage, train, and inspire the bar team, fostering a culture of professionalism, creativity, and continuous improvement. Develop and curate an innovative drinks programme that reflects Leaf & Cane's unique concept and keeps the offering fresh and exciting. Oversee all aspects of beverage service, ensuring consistency, quality, and operational efficiency across the venue. Control inventory and costs, manage supplier relationships, and implement strategies to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
