We’re currently recruiting for a Contracts Associate to join our Legal Team. In this role you will be drafting, reviewing and negotiating basic agreements with third parties and assisting with contract management.
Your responsibilities in this role would be:
1. Liaise with Legal Team members relating to the preparation and dispatch of agreements with third parties.
2. Draft, review and negotiate agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures and business requirements.
3. Assist the Legal Team with the management of processes and procedures relating to agreement requests, drafting, negotiation and finalisation.
4. Support in creating training materials and processes for internal clients and other members of the Legal Team.
5. With the assistance of Legal Team, undertake review of proposed terms and conditions and develop strategies and recommendations to minimize potential risks to the business.
