Able to effectively communicate with both guests and colleagues Will be responsible for guiding guests from the beginning to the end of their dining experience Able to speak with confidence on food and wine and proficient in understanding complex menus Must possess a keen eye for detail Ability to learn on the job and adapt to an ever-changing environment To ensure all colleagues, guests and clients receive excellent customer service Availability on weekends and evenings Assist in welcoming and seating of guests when required Must be comfortable serving and handling alcohol and pork products Excellent guest service skills.
