Job Description
3. Leading the indirect tax reporting across the UK and Europe and ensuring all reporting and payment deadlines are effectively me
4. Working closely with the business to drive system process change and improve the indirect tax reporting within the different business units
5. Management of the Indirect Tax team, specifically the Tax Accountants responsible for in-country compliance obligations.
6. Delivery of Indirect Tax training to the business as required.
7. Management of the year end Indirect Tax audit process for the UK and Europe
The Successful Applicant
A successful Group Indirect Tax Manager should have:
8. A professional qualification in tax or accounting, such as ACA, ACCA, CTA or qualified by experience.
9. Strong knowledge of indirect tax and customs tax
10. Proven ability to manage tax compliance and advisory functions effectively.
11. Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
12. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
13. Ability to communicate complex tax matters clearly and concisely.
