This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic and hands-on marketing professional who’s passionate about hospitality, community, and brand growth.

The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of the marketing vision for a dynamic, community-led pub division shaping everything from brand positioning and communications strategy to campaign delivery, budget management, and digital innovation.
You’ll lead a small but high-performing marketing team, empowering them to deliver creative and commercially effective campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales performance across the estate.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with senior leadership and commercial teams to develop and implement brand, marketing and communications strategies.
* Lead, inspire, and develop your team to achieve their goals and realise their potential.
* Create, deliver and evaluate consumer marketing plans, optimising the use of CRM and customer data to drive engagement.
* Collaborate closely with operations to ensure marketing activity supports divisional sales, profit and guest satisfaction objectives.
* Work proactively with suppliers to secure marketing investment and deliver impactful, mutually beneficial campaigns.
* Champion digital innovation, encouraging the business to embrace and maximise digital tools, social platforms and content marketing.
* Oversee budgets, agency relationships, and supplier partnerships to ensure cost-effective, high-impact activity.
* Drive continuous improvement, challenging the status quo and identifying new opportunities in a fast-evolving market.

* Proven marketing experience in multi-site hospitality.
* Strong leadership skills, able to inspire, coach and empower a talented team.
* Experience in both outlet and digital marketing, with a passion for innovation.
* A consultative approach, balancing creativity with commercial acumen.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Solid understanding of CRM, social media and digital engagement tools.
* Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
* A track record in delivering large-scale events or national campaigns.
