The Radius Graduate Leadership Programme will provide you with real-life exposure to the complexities of a multi-product business, providing a chance to work alongside our senior leadership team and gain coaching and mentoring from experts in their respective fields.
You will gain experience of driving impactful projects and develop skills in an environment that encourages excellence and rewards creative minds.
This programme will include a secondment opportunity into one of our international offices: Australia, USA, Malaysia, Europe and Ireland.
Start Date: September 2024
Location: Crewe, Cheshire CW1 6BD (15-minute walk from Crewe Train Station)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm

What will you be doing as part of our Graduate Leadership Programme?
At Radius, we passionately believe in developing future talent, and have successfully run graduate programmes for several years.
Our three-year programme offers you the chance to join a dynamic and highly successful private business, working on a rotational basis across our various divisions to gain experience in all aspects of a modern business.
You will be sponsored by a director who will commit to mentoring sessions each month to aid your development, along with quarterly meetings with our Chairman & Owner, Chief Executive Officer and Chief People Officer.
The role will involve driving efficiencies, optimising performance, innovating procedures, and working collaboratively to develop our business. You will spend time in the below departments (note that these rotations will be flexible due to the demands of the business and our fast-paced environment):
1. Sales
2. Account Management
3. Marketing
4. Technology & Product
5. Credit
6. Commercial & Pricing (data analysis)
You will be a brand ambassador of Radius, supporting our talent team with brand awareness attending local university job fairs and events, and being a buddy to our new graduates each year.
What do we expect of you?
7. Minimum 2:1 degree in any subject (achieved or expected)
8. Willing and able to spend a period of up to 6 months abroad
9. Show ambition to achieving career goals
10. Be comfortable with agility and adapt well to change
11. Produce innovative ideas with the confidence to present to director level
12. Align with our inclusivity values, we encourage collaborative working
13. Ability to speak a second language is desirable
