Role: Stores Person
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 3 months initially
Location: Livingston
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday-Thursday 07:00-16:00 & Friday 07:00-12:30
Main Duties:
1. Carry out regular stock checks and assist with stocktakes.
2. Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems.
3. Receiving and checking incoming goods and materials.
4. Pick, pack, and issue materials or parts to internal departments.
5. Ensure the stores area is kept clean, organised, and compliant with safety procedures.
6. Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams regarding stock availability and delivery schedules.
Key Skills
7. Previous stores/warehouse experience.
8. Good numerical ability and confidence working with stock data.
9. Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
10. Reliable team player with good communication skills.
11. Ability to follow processes and maintain accurate documentation.
