This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the best schools in Northwest London. The Inclusion Department is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our hard working team. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate initiative, flexibility and an ability to work cooperatively with staff and students. They will be expected to support students, aged 11-18 years of age, who experience a range of learning difficulties.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.55am to 2.55pm, with unpaid breaks. All staff are invited to do paid break duties at the rate of £15 per duty (depending on availability). In addition to this you can choose to increase your working hours from 8.30am to 3.30pm and this will lead to an increase in your basic pay.
This is a fixed term position until 15th July 2026 and will be reviewed at the end of this period.
Base pay range
NJC Scale, Point 2
£17,577 Actual Salary per annum (£28,221 FTE)
Minimum 26.67 hrs per week / 38 weeks per annum
