About the role
Do you like being creative? Or looking for a hidden treasure? Have you got Retail/Management experience? Are you looking for a new challenge in 2026?
We are looking for a Shop Manager to lead our team in the New Wickford Shop. You will be working in a creative environment, working with donated goods to maximise sales and net contribution.
Responsibilities
* Lead the shop team, including Assistant Shop Managers and a diverse group of Volunteers
* Drive sales and maximise net contribution
* Communicate effectively with staff, volunteers, and the local community to build support for the shop
* Create a welcoming and positive experience for all staff, volunteers and supporters
Qualifications
* Retail/Management experience is desirable
* Good communication skills and ability to work with people from different backgrounds
