Bring Your Creativity to

Sous Chef, you’ll play a central role in shaping the kitchen’s personality:

You’ll work closely with
the Head Chef to turn bold ideas into beautifully plated realities, leading a
team that’s as driven and independent as you are. Here, confidence is a key
ingredient, and pushing boundaries is always on the menu.
Here’s what you’ll be up
to:
* Team up with the Head Chef to create
exciting, out-of-the-box menus for everything from morning
breakfasts that brighten the day, to conference lunches that keep the
energy up, to restaurant dinners that feel like a reason to celebrate
* Lead the kitchen with confidence, a
sharp eye for detail, and a dash of creativity that inspires everyone to
think beyond the ordinary
* Support in the management of event
catering; whether it’s a playful buffet or a luxurious multi-course meal,
your touch will make it stand out and you’ll deliver dishes that are as
fun to look at as they are to eat
* Push the boundaries, mix new
ingredients, experiment with techniques, and bring a fresh approach that
has guests talking long after the last bite
* Keep the kitchen alive with energy,
encourage the team to have fun, and ensure every plate is visually
stunning
* Maintain an organised kitchen where
high standards meet creative freedom, because we believe great food
doesn’t have to be boring
* Support in the management of stock
levels, ordering, and ensuring the kitchen stays clean, safe, and
organised (because fun doesn’t mean messy!)
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
We hire mostly on personality &

To succeed in the role of Sous Chef, you
will need the following qualities and skills:
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or
in a similar senior role in a fast-paced, creative kitchen
* A love for playing with food,
experimenting with new ideas, and transforming dishes into visual works of
art, you’re not afraid to think big — bold flavour combinations, striking
presentations, and putting a new spin on classic dishes
* A natural leader who can inspire your
team to deliver creativity and consistency, all while keeping everything
running like clockwork and deliver the goods under pressure
* You’ve got a passion for making every
dish feel like a work of art, and you know that presentation is as
important as flavour
* A sharp eye for detail, ensuring
presentation and quality are consistently top-tier.
* Calm under pressure? You’ve got it.
But that doesn’t mean your creativity isn’t off the charts
* You’ve managed a range of services,
from breakfast to event catering, including restaurant dinners and
celebratory buffets and multi-course meals
* A team player with a positive attitude,
ready to jump in wherever needed to support the kitchen.
