To plan develop and deliver clinical skill training to medical students including the development of relevant educational resources. Responsible for ensuring students achieve proficiency in performing practical procedures (venepuncture, cannulation, catheterization, etc.). Responsible for ensuring students are signed off as competent in practical procedures required by the GMC in order for training progression. Be actively involved in the ongoing recruitment of volunteer patients for participation in medical education and maintenance of the local volunteer database.
Contribute to the research and the development of medical education.
