What you’ll be doing:
* Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
* Handling a range of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters
* Working closely with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progression of transactions
* Delivering clear, practical advice and maintaining excellent client relationships
* Collaborating with colleagues across the wider property team when required
About you:
* Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
