A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Team Leader to join a fantastic business.
With no day ever being the same the Engineering Team Leader role offers genuine long:term progression and career development within a first:class manufacturing environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Lead and support a team of technicians, ensuring safety and compliance.
* Prioritise breakdowns and plan PPMs to reduce downtime.
* Maintain accurate records and manage engineering stock levels.
* Provide hands:on assistance during breakdowns and collaborate with production.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Strong communication and leadership skills with team management experience.
* Strong fault:finding ability and understanding of engineering principles.
* Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
* Familiarity with PLC systems and small project management.
