Melksham & BOA Community Team isseeking a Community Staff Nurse 30 hours per week based at Melksham CommunityHospital. Community Teams within Wiltshire Health & Care provide highquality, complex care in the community setting, which includes caring for somevery vulnerable people often in extremely challenging environments.
Wiltshire Health & Care recognises that we need todeliver care closer to home, with the resources available, and be able to meetlocal needs.
Experience in front line NHS communitypatient care is essential as is evidence of up-to-date clinical professionaldevelopment. Applicants need to have excellent clinical skills, well developedcommunication skills and be able to work under pressure. The role is demandingbut rewarding, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, andhardworking individuals who can work flexibly and efficiently.
Main duties of the job
Melksham Community Team is a busy Teamcaring for patients registered with a Melksham or BOA GP, you will have theopportunity to work alongside other members of the Multidisciplinary Team suchas Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Assistant Practitioners and otherSpecialist Practitioners. Our Shift patterns are 7-3, and 2-10pm.
