Position Summary & Objective The Senior Bid Manager leads the end-to-end bid process for strategic commercial opportunities, ensuring high-quality, competitive, and compliant proposals are delivered on time. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop winning bid strategies, manage timelines, and oversee proposal development. The position requires strong leadership, project management, and communication skills to drive successful outcomes in a global business environment. Essential Functions Performed by the Position Lead and manage the full lifecycle of bids, from opportunity assessment to submission. Develop bid strategies aligned with business goals and client requirements. Coordinate input from sales, legal, finance, and technical teams to ensure comprehensive proposals. Review and edit proposal content for clarity, compliance, and impact. Manage bid timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet strict deadlines. Conduct post-bid reviews and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement. Maintain a repository of bid templates, case studies, and best practices. Support commercial leadership in pipeline planning and bid qualification. Position Qualifications Education: Bachelors’ degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. Experience: 4-6 years of experience in bid management, proposal development, or commercial operations. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Exceptional project management and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders. Proficiency in proposal software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of commercial contracts and procurement processes.
