That’s why they have a dedicated kitchen team of 4, including 2 KP’s whose job is to create fresh, balanced meals for up to 400 members of staff.
Working generally between 8am and 7pm (at the latest), you’d usually find yourself working a 8am to 5pm shift pattern.
Staff live in accommodation is not available with this role; therefore, candidates should only apply if they are able to commute to the area daily.

What’s involved?
As a Senior Staff Chef (operating at a Chef de Partie level equivalent), you will work in a close-knit team of 4, including 1 staff chef and 2 kitchen porters. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food for up to 400 staff per day, within the staff kitchen, over a 7-day operation. You will ensure consistency, efficiency, and a positive dining experience for all, maintaining excellent health, safety, hygiene, and COSHH standards at all times. You will also assist with kitchen administration, including cleaning schedules, temperature checks, and handovers, monitoring and minimising food waste as well as contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture.
The successful Chef de Partie (Senior Staff Chef) will have previous experience of working in a commercial kitchen, a genuine passion for fresh, balanced, and nutritious food, be a reliable team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude, be proactive and motivated, with a willingness to develop and grow.
