To provide a multi-skilled Electrical &Mechanical service provision for the Estates Department to all Client departments and Directorates. Ability to organise and prioritise own workload, where required, and work unsupervised. Must demonstrate total commitment, versatility and flexibility whilst undertaking all tasks and delegated work as instructed by Operations and Project Officers and Supervisor. Understand the complete workings and operation of all building services Mechanical & Electrical plant and equipment located in NHS buildings.
Install, service, test, diagnose, repair and calibrate advanced Mechanical & Electrical plant and equipment. Deal with new situations as they arise and impart knowledge onto others to further their development. Undertake training as and when required to obtain, maintain and develop skills and knowledge base.
