We are looking for one committed, compassionate and caring person to join our team in the role of Night Care Assistant. We can offer a full time contracted position for the right candidate:
Duties would include:
* assisting residents with personal cares, and to ensure they are well nourished and hydrated
* promoting and ensuring resident wellbeing throughout the night
* keeping accurate and detailed records relating to the residents' care.
* completing cleaning tasks/ laundry tasks through the night
All staff will be required to promote and respect resident's choices, promote dignity, independence and positive well-being. You'll also be integral to developing residents care plans, which includes being aware of any specialist support needs, and communicating this effectively to senior colleagues.
All candidates must be able to work well in a team as well as their own initiative. The successful candidate must be willing to complete mandatory training.
