Level 3 ICT Apprenticeship – Detego Global Detego Global are the creators of the Detego® Unified Forensics Platform, an end-to-end suite of modular digital forensics tools which are used globally by Military, Law Enforcement, Intelligence Agencies and Enterprise Organisations. With today's investigators faced with an onslaught of digital devices and the corresponding mass of data that is created, Detego® has become the go-to toolset to rapidly acquire, analyse and act on evidence and intelligence. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team through an 18-month apprenticeship programme, specialising in Information Communications. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and professional training while building a strong foundation for a career in technology. Throughout the programme, you will work alongside experienced professionals, receive structured training, and develop the practical skills needed to succeed in software testing and quality assurance. You will play a meaningful role in supporting the development of impactful software used globally by security and law enforcement agencies. Apprenticeship Summary: Salary: £8 an hour Working Week: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm (1 hour for lunch) Hours: 37.5 hours per week Online apprenticeship training supported by our skilled tutors Level 3 Information Communications Apprenticeship standard qualification Location: Unit 3, Foundry Court, Foundry Lane, Horsham, West Sussex, RH13 5PY Main Duties: Process and resolve IT support tickets Provide technical assistance to internal staff Learn about IT infrastructure, systems administration, and troubleshooting Support hardware and software installation and configuration Assist with user account management and access control Skills and Experience Strong interest in technology, software development, or IT support Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new concepts Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common software applications Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Enthusiasm and positive attitude toward learning and development Ability to manage time effectively and balance work with apprenticeship studies Eligibility to work in the UK and meet Inspire-ATA apprenticeship requirements Maths & English Grade 4/C or above or equivalent Level 3 IT qualification Pre-employment checks.
