Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day financial operations and contributing to the smooth running of the accounts function. Key Responsibilities: Processing purchase and sales ledger invoices Reconciling supplier statements and dealing with invoice queries Assisting with bank reconciliations and cashbook maintenance Supporting month-end duties, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations Preparing and submitting VAT returns Providing general administrative and finance support to the wider team To be successful, you must have previous experience in a similar finance role and be a strong user of both Microsoft Excel and accounting software. In addition, you will have strong organisational and communication skills and consider yourself a positive, team player with the ability to work independently.
