Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in the UK, with work from home flexibility. The Facade Designer & CAD Technician will be responsible for producing detailed drawings, designing facade systems, and collaborating with project teams on cladding solutions. Additional responsibilities include supporting project delivery, liaising with stakeholders, identifying technical challenges, and contributing to the implementation of efficient designs and methodologies.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Drawings creation and drafting, with high attention to detail
* Knowledge and experience in Facade and Facade Design, focusing on innovative and practical solutions
* Expertise in Cladding systems
* Solid understanding of design software and CAD tools
* Strong problem solving skills and ability to collaborate with project stakeholders
* Familiarity with UK building codes and regulations is preferred
* Experience in the construction or architectural industry is beneficial
