About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our busy, upbeat Concierge Team-the first point of contact in our Customer Contact Centre. In this role, you'll be right at the heart of the customer experience. You will be working collaboratively with teams across our wider Claims Department. Helping customers understand the next steps in their claim or guiding them to the right specialist and ensuring every interaction is smooth, positive, and handled with empathy

You'll play a vital part in keeping things moving, solving problems, and delivering the kind of service our customers remember.

What You'll Be Doing

In this varied and fastpaced role, you will:

* Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers across several departments, using your excellent telephone manner to support or direct them to the right claims handler.
* Make outbound calls to arrange appointments with our network of technicians.
* Provide a conciergestyle service, acting as the first point of contact and setting the tone for a positive customer experience.
* Complete a range of administration tasks between calls to support the smooth running of the Claims Centre.
* Work flexibly and proactively, undertaking additional duties requested by the Team Manager, Head of Claims or Director.

What We're Looking For

* Confidence managing large call volumes and the ability to multitask effectively.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A clear, professional telephone manner with strong communication skills.
* Maths and English at Grade C/Level 1-2 or equivalent.
* A calm, positive approach when working under pressure-and a teamfirst attitude.
* Professionalism when dealing with both internal colleagues and external customers.

Experience

* Customer service experience is helpful - but not essential
* We value potential, attitude, and transferable skills as much as experience
* Full training provided
