Kate says “Training via the AO route gave me the freedom to choose and hone my own teaching style. I developed good working relationships with my students and enjoyed the challenge that came with the responsibility of having my own class. The AO route will provide me with first-hand experience of teaching in a classroom whilst developing and learning the skills that I have already gained, in a supportive and encouraging department.
