Customer Service Centre Agent - Face to Face required within our Customer Service Point based in Ellis Lodge, Dunoon. This is a permanent part time post working 28 hours per week.
To support the Customer Service Centre to provide a high quality, efficient and effective service to users by providing a high quality, customer-focused service within the Customer Service Centre Team, processing enquiries and requests, offering advice and information on Council Services, and carrying out a range of other duties in accordance with Council Policy, service guidelines and procedures
Provide an effective and efficient registration service, conducting civil marriages, civil partnerships, citizenship ceremonies, baby naming ceremonies, renewal of marriage vows and associated duties/paperwork including preparation of registers.
