Our commitment to quality and safety makes us a leader in the industry, and we are looking for a talented Design Lead to help us maintain our high standards.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:<br>* Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.<br>* Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.<br>* Develop and implement electrical strategies and solutions for Grid Supply Projects (GSP).<br>* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project integration and success.<br>* Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.<br>* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.<br>* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.</p><p><strong>Who Were Looking For:</strong><br>* Proven experience in a senior electrical engineering role or on substation projects.<br>* Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field.<br>* In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and industry best practices.<br>* Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.<br>* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.<br>* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders.<br>* Experience with relevant software and tools used in electrical design and project management</p></div>
