Overview
Sales Consultant role at Molton Brown – Fenwick Canterbury store. This is a part-time opportunity, 7.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to customers.
* Use a personalised selling approach to guide the customer journey from start to finish.
* Deliver sensory experiences through signature services (e.g., fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages).
* Assist the team with general store tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.
