Job Description:
1. Use technical expertise to support customers in selecting the most suitable products.
2. Offer installation guidance both before and after the point of sale.
3. Deliver technical support through site visits, phone calls, Teams meetings, and face-to-face interactions.
4. Collaborate with manufacturers to resolve technical queries for customers and internal teams.
5. Participate in manufacturer-led training to maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge.
6. Partner with the marketing team to develop and pursue new sales opportunities.
7. Reach out to prospective clients to introduce and promote relevant products and solutions.
8. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers.
9. Represent the company at trade shows, assisting on the exhibition stand as needed.
10. Log initial customer enquiries and quotations accurately in Hubspot.
11. Create and send timely, precise quotations tailored to customer needs.
12. Maintain current customer account data in Sage, especially for approved credit accounts.
