This is a home based role, allowing you to have a lot of flexibility with your schedule and a good work - life balance. Responsibilities of the Registered Fostering Manager: The Registered Fostering Manager will report to the Operations Director. The service has 45 carers with 60 children in their care. The team is very stable and it includes 6 Supervising Social Workers, 1 Deputy Manager, 2 family finders, and 3 admin staff.
